1. Perishable Product Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on cashew nut orders once they have been shipped.

However, exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Quality concerns


2. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement shipment or issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste (as taste can be subjective)

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer


5. Cancellations
